Our filter systems have one or more of the following features (depending on the type of filter system):

RE-CLEANABLE HEPA FILTER SYSTEMS:RHF Hightec  Top-down principle

  Lower depths of filter elements for critical dusts

  Very high cleaning pressure (up to 4 bar overpressure in nozzle bar)

  Patented, reinforced RHFR standard size elements

  Pressure loss reduction through cleaning process.

  Lower and more constant initial pressure drop after cleaning

  Higher working pressure drop in filter possible

  Formation of a filter “cake” on the surface of the filter medium

Non-Recleanable Filter System

HEPA Filter System, Type GS
The HEPA filter system, type GS is used to take in HEPA filter elements.

 It is a less expensive alternative to the famous and reliable Krantz safe change filter       housings type SCFclassic and SCFhightec. It is used where the requirements concerning       the construction of the filter housing are less.

 The filter system can be used single or in combination with additional housings e.g.     for pre-filter or sorption filter. For filtration of higher air flows some filter housings       can be combined to large filter systems of any size.

  The connection is realised by a gastight duct system at both the top and bottom side      of the housing. This allows the installation of one or more filter housings in circular      duct systems one after the other. Both direction of airflow "topdown" or "bottomup"        can be choosen.

  Installation resp. fixing is done by either:

         Plugging on static fixed ducts,

         Attaching to wall brackets (available on request),

         Positioning on floor supports (available on request).

 

  The duct connection is designed as a machine-lip flange for pull-ring connection, e.g.        Jacob system, DN 300.

  Also a welded flange according EN 12 220, DN 300, is available as an option.







  Bank Filter, SCF Classic

Ventilation systems in areas like laboratories, chemical, pharmaceutical or nuclear industry have to separate toxic particles, radioactive particles and pathogen agents in order to save the environment, the production or the health of the personnel. Filter systems have to meet high demands regarding the safety and efficiency of particle separation. For these applications Krantz developed the Safe Change Filter Housing, Type SCFhightec. The SCFhightec filter housing is customizable for almost all sophisticated filtering demands.

  SCF hightec Triple S

Krantz HEPA filter system, type SCFhightec Triple S are used in BSL 3 and 4 class laboratories. The design considers the applicable rules like:

  “Laboratory biosafety manual” by World Health Organisation (WHO),

  “Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories” (BMBL) as well as

  EN 12 128 “Biotechnology – Laboratories for research, development and analysis − containtment levels of microbiology laboratories, areas of risk, localities and physical safety requirements“

  Mobile Filter
MFU Hightec

The mobile HEPA filter unit separates airborne dust and aerosols and is designed for horizontal fitting with accompanying particle air filter elements:

When welding, consideration of DIN 25 496, paragraph 6.2 (4), i.e. use of stabilised steels with austenitic materials, e.g. 1.4541; 1.4571 and use of tempered steels with ferritic materials.

To ensure easy decontamination, all components in contact with the media are free from any gaps and continuously welded.

The clamping mechanisms for the fine dust and HEPA filter element can be operated from the outside and are dimensioned such that, at maximum permitted loading and with soft sealing elements, compliance with the sealing criterion in DIN 25 496, table 3, at the seat of the filter element is guaranteed.

The filter housing is designed so that changing filter elements according to the bag in bag safe exchange method is possible without contaminating the environment.

The sealing of the screwed housing walls is guaranteed by the use of silicone profile seals. It is beneficial that this sealing system does not bond and is therefore easy to break for servicing and re-usable.
